Willowdale Steeplechase, Kennett Square, PA
Running since 1998, this is one of the largest balloon festivals in Pennsylvania — two flights a day, 15–20 balloons in the air, and proceeds that support local fire, police, and Scout programs.
Clarksville, VA
A multi-day, free community festival on the Kerr Lake waterfront. Balloonists skim the lake at dawn, with tethered rides for kids and fireworks over the water to close it out.
